It’s Free Real Estate
Okay this game has a really cool concept and it’s FREE so I just need to plug it for a minute: Imagine a world shattered into fragments, floating in the void and hotly contested by the magical powers-that-be who seek to control and unite them under their power. That’s Eador, and, don’t get me wrong, it’s a really old game, but it’s also FREE.
It’s primarily a strategy game, mostly in some similarity to Civilization and that series, but don’t expect a direct copy-and-paste. If you like the game I encourage you to pick up the DLC/Expansion packs, both available on Steam and other platforms. The DLC/Expacs are, themselves, 50% off, so even if you buy the whole series, you’re only shelling out about $40 for the entire series. But, again, it’s an old game, don’t get me wrong.
Pick it up now, over on the Steam store (click here or in the above titlebar) and get it installed. Once you have it, it’s your forever. Or until your computer breaks. Or time ends. Or something.
